The Aggrey Company, incorporated in 2019, is a group of talented individuals with diverse creative skills, each work hard to foster an environment of collaboration and transparency. We believe in dismantling the complexities surrounding the production process. We aim to demystify it for our clients. Our Story

The Aggrey Company was established to connect award-winning talent to stories that  matter from concept to delivery. Our principal, Alexis Aggrey, has worked in television production since 2004. Her work includes long-form vérité documentary, community engagement, museum display and live concert production. 

The Aggrey Company combines celebrated producers, cinematographers, editors and composers to execute content on time and on budget. Our company's virtue is humility. The  humble beginnings of this brand were launched to deliver and execute content abandoned by other filmmakers with shifting interest and competing priorities.  There are no egos here. We proudly complete all work while nurturing a pleasant  and collaborative environment.  

Aggrey Co has extensive experience collecting primary research and conducting scholarly interviews through our relationships with historical societies, The Library of Congress, National Archives, private collectors  and stock vendors. These relationships were formed when hired to work on the  National Museum of African American History and Culture, National Geographic,  and during several PBS projects. Aggrey Co has a rich network television contacts and has worked to deliver award-winning content to local public media stations,  PBS, NETA and APT. 

Aggrey Co has a proven track record of producing well-researched historical content that maintains high production standards.
